Description
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is procuring one liquid chromatography system for proteomics applications, including peptide sample preparation and separation with seamless coupling to mass spectrometry. The system must support nano-flow operation from at least 200 nL/min to 100 µL/min without a flow splitter, withstand at least 15,000 psi, operate across pH 2–10, and support two-dimensional liquid chromatography with the specified trapping, switching, column, solvent, and nano-LockSpray capabilities. The system must provide unattended operation for up to 96 hours with diagnostic data display, solvent storage for up to three eluents, micro-binary solvent delivery with conditioning and automatic priming, an integrated active wash system, and a temperature-controlled autosampler supporting specified injection volumes and 48- or 96-position sample plates with 2.0 mL vials. Equipment must comply with the Canadian Electrical Code and be CSA certified upon delivery. Award will be made to the responsive pre-qualified supply-arrangement holder meeting all mandatory technical criteria at the lowest aggregate price.
