Description
The British Columbia Ministry of Agriculture and Food is soliciting quotations for one lot of Eppendorf Mastercycler Nexus X2 and X2e thermocycler units with connecting cables. The quotation must cover all requested goods, use Canadian-dollar pricing, and include delivery and any required unloading costs under the applicable Incoterms 2020 shipping term, excluding applicable taxes. Pricing must remain firm for the contract period and may not be subject to tariffs, duties, exchange-rate fluctuations, or other future cost increases. The award will be made to the lowest-priced quotation that satisfies the mandatory criteria, terms, conditions, and specifications. Fax submissions are not accepted. The goods are scheduled for delivery on October 30, 2026. Email submissions must include the signed Mandatory ITQ Submission Declaration; electronic submissions must comply with the stated file-size and attachment requirements.
