The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York has awarded a sole-source contract to Formulatrix for the purchase and delivery of a Mantis V4 Liquid Handling System for CUNY City College. The procurement was not competitively offered because the agency determined that a competitive process was impractical. This is a one-time purchase.
