Description
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is requesting firm, fixed pricing for two each of several liquid chromatography/ultraviolet spectrometry/mass spectrometry items, including LCMS-2050 single quadrupole detectors, accessory packages with dry pumps and software PCs, installation kits, LC-2060C 3D units with installation kits, common LC-40 tool kits, and FCV-12AH HPLC valves with installation kits. The request also includes delivery and installation for the equipment. Responses must identify any vendor assumptions or exceptions to the Attorney General's Office terms and conditions and state whether the vendor holds a current contract with the office, including the contract number if applicable. The solicitation is an MBE set-aside requiring an active MBE certification when the solicitation closes.
