Description
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is developing a list of interested general contractors and design firms with experience and interest in Construction Manager at Risk projects. Interested parties must submit a one-page letter identifying the company name, contact information, interest in joining the list, and project of interest. The attached project information identifies upcoming Construction Manager at Risk and Design/CMaR work across multiple Alaska communities. Projects include first-service piped water and sewer systems, solid-waste improvements, water-treatment and distribution infrastructure, sewer collection systems, and a hydroelectric project. Listed project values range from under $1 million to approximately $150 million per community, with anticipated solicitations and awards beginning in 2024 and continuing through 2025; the broader project pipeline extends through 2035.
