Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking industry input before issuing a single construction contract for an approximately 13,000-gross-square-foot Area Maintenance Support Activity and Vehicle Maintenance Shop. The planned one-story facility will include vehicle maintenance bays, tool and parts storage, offices, classroom and break areas, communications and electrical repair space, controlled waste and flammable-fluid areas, and building support spaces. The project also includes a detached SATS canopy, covered wash rack, bi-level loading ramp, water treatment facility, fire pump, and tank. An industry day and follow-on site visit are scheduled, with participation available in person or virtually for registered prime contractors and subcontractors.
