Description
The Native Village of Newtok–Newtok Village Council is soliciting a quote for one complete, factory-assembled and tested 50 kW, 208/120-volt, three-phase diesel engine-generator set with an outdoor arctic enclosure, 200-gallon belly tank, vibration isolation, controls, protective devices, batteries and charging equipment, exhaust components, loose-ship accessories, and a compatible load bank. The generator must meet the stated NFPA, UL, EPA Tier 3, seismic, environmental, and performance requirements, including operation from -40 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. The procurement also includes one 200-ampere automatic transfer switch, 50 linear feet of conduit and conductors between the generator and transfer switch, and associated connectors and accessories. The vendor must provide product and shop-drawing submittals, testing and test documentation, packaging, operation and maintenance manuals, spare materials, warranty coverage, detailed pricing, delivery timelines, warranty information, and applicable service agreements. Installation of the generator is expressly excluded and will be procured under a future scope of work. Delivery to Mertarvik, Alaska is desired by February 3, 2027, with a firm delivery date required for each bid-schedule item.
