Description
Thorne Bay Public Library is seeking bids for Category 1 bundled Internet access and data transmission services at bandwidth levels from 50 Mbps through 5 Gbps, where available. Fiber and non-fiber solutions will be considered, including fiber, copper, satellite, microwave, or other transport technologies. Proposals must identify bandwidth, last-mile and middle-mile delivery methods, contention or dedicated-circuit status, data limits, usage restrictions, and any leased equipment with make and model. Pricing must separately identify recurring, non-recurring, installation and activation, equipment or rental, surcharges, and usage-based charges. A one-year pricing option is mandatory, while multi-year and month-to-month proposals may also be considered. Bidders must reference FCC Form 470 No. 270002072, hold a valid SPIN/498 ID, provide discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method, and submit a complete responsive bid within the stated 30-calendar-day period. Generic or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
