Description
The notice announces a virtual industry day for the planned ARCTICS II requirement, which will provide integrated operations and maintenance support for the Joint Pacific-Alaska Range Complex. The draft performance work statement covers range control and airspace management; air combat training systems; live, virtual, and constructive training; command-and-control and data-link systems; threat and electronic-attack systems; weapons scoring; video, audio, and communications systems; information technology and cybersecurity; logistics; power, environmental-control, transportation, snow-removal, vegetation-control, and engineering services. The projected period of performance is one base year plus four option years, beginning in fiscal year 2029. The draft requires a facility security clearance at the Top Secret level, personnel clearances ranging from Secret through Top Secret with SCI and SAP access as required, and extensive on-site and deployed support. The industry day will provide a program overview, government expectations, and an opportunity for industry questions; requirements are expressly preliminary and nonbinding.
