Description
North Carolina State University is seeking one or more vendors for the fabrication and delivery of interior signs used on campus, including updates and refurbishment of existing signs. The solicitation covers room identification, directories, directional, emergency, accessibility, informational, donor, and related sign types, as well as design fees for signage package proofs. Quantities and dollar amounts are not guaranteed, vendors may quote only the items they can supply, and no minimum order is required. Price quotes and shop drawings must be provided as needed, with shop drawings subject to university approval before order confirmation. New or refurbished signs must be delivered within eight weeks of order confirmation, with pricing including shipping. The resulting blanket order or orders will have a one-year term with four additional one-year renewal options. Responses must include the completed RFQ document, certificate of insurance, and any applicable addendum required for return.
