Description

Collier County is establishing a pool of pre-qualified contractors to provide signage services for County departments. The scope includes design, fabrication, manufacture, delivery, installation, repair, replacement, removal, and disposal of interior and exterior signs, including identification, building, directional and wayfinding, informational, regulatory and safety, monument, marquee, LED and electronic message, park, facility, trail, ADA-compliant, interpretive, and specialty signage. Work may also include mounting hardware, foundations, electrical components, permits, transportation, site restoration, barricades, traffic control, testing, and commissioning. The agreement is intended to run for two years with three one-year renewal options. County staff will request quotes for future assignments, generally using a rotation process for projects valued at $15,000 or less and competitive requests for quotes among pool contractors for projects exceeding $15,000. Subcontracting is not permitted unless otherwise authorized in writing. Proposals must address the stated evaluation criteria, including management summary, firm experience and capacity, team expertise, references, licenses, and local contractor preference documentation.
