Description
The University of North Carolina Wilmington is soliciting proposals for the concept development, design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of environmental wall graphics and smaller signs within the Fisher Student Center. The selected contractor will develop original concepts, incorporate university branding and approved trademarks, provide layouts, color and material specifications, finishes, dimensions, renderings or elevations, mounting methods, and fabrication details, and obtain required university approvals before fabrication. The work includes commercial-grade, durable, cleanable graphics and signage suitable for a high-traffic public environment; delivery, staging, wall preparation, mounting hardware, structural attachments, equipment, protection of adjacent finishes, final cleaning, and debris removal. Proposals must address design approach, project organization, experience, comparable references, materials, accessibility and safety compliance, quality control, installation coordination, warranties, and project scheduling. The contract has an initial one-year term with one additional one-year renewal option, and includes a minimum one-year warranty after final acceptance.
