Description
Hudson Valley Community College is seeking qualified vendors to furnish permanent and temporary interior and exterior signage on an ongoing, as-needed basis. The scope includes new-style and old-style interior identification, regulatory, tactile, Braille, pictogram, parking, banner, windscreen, wall and window cling, vinyl lettering, Sintra PVC, and Coroplast signage, along with related posts, stands, delivery, and installation where applicable. Vendors may price only the items they can provide. Pricing is requested for all three contract years, with volume pricing and turnaround times identified where applicable; a one-week turnaround is generally required after receipt of artwork. The college will evaluate proposals primarily on pricing and availability/turnaround time. The contract runs from November 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with a discretionary two-year extension through August 31, 2029. The successful vendor must provide a five-year full replacement warranty for sign defects and comply with applicable ADA, safety, labor, and other legal requirements. Proposals must include the official bid form, non-collusive bidding certification, price list, certificate of insurance, brochures or pertinent literature where applicable, references, and the bid manager's signature. The solicitation requires three professional references, preferably from an educational institution, and proposals may be submitted electronically through the Bonfire portal or by sealed mail or hand delivery.
