Description
Laramie County Community College is seeking comprehensive services for approximately 15 exterior campus identification signs across two campuses as the institution transitions to the name Wyoming State College, with the informal identifier WYO State, effective July 1, 2027. The scope includes site assessment; signage concepts incorporating established branding, logos, and colors; location plans; fabrication and installation plans, details, and specifications; itemized cost estimates; implementation recommendations; and consideration of weather, wind loads, environmental conditions, and existing utilities. The selected firm will also provide construction administration, including review of shop drawings, submittals, and change orders; field quality-control inspections at the fabricator and installation sites; financial administration; punch-list management; and project closeout. Electrical engineering support may be required depending on the final designs, and respondents must identify any proposed electrical engineering consultant and provide billing rates for negotiating additional fees. Proposals must include qualifications and relevant experience, project understanding and approach, project team and subconsultants, schedule, references, fee proposal, and exceptions or assumptions, with a maximum of 25 pages excluding the cover letter.
