Description
The South Hills Area Council of Governments is soliciting labor, materials, professional consulting, and construction services for the CD 51-7.5c Baldwin Borough Municipal Building ADA Ramps and Sidewalk Project. The scope includes construction of accessible ramps and sidewalks, with concrete installation and repair services identified among the applicable commodity categories. The project is subject to federal labor standards and civil-rights requirements, including Davis-Bacon requirements, Section 504, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 3 requirements, and applicable federal general conditions.
