Description
The City of Poughkeepsie is seeking bids for repairs to the Poughkeepsie City Hall Parking Garage. The project includes a wide range of structural, waterproofing, and operational repairs. Structural repairs include concrete spall and delamination repairs, crack injection, full joist repairs, trench drain concrete repairs, guardrail curb and post repairs, and installation of steel beams for the generator room. Waterproofing repairs include traffic coating on elevated floors, epoxy coating on on-grade floors, joint sealant replacement, and drain system replacements. Operational repairs include restriping parking stalls, replacing ADA signage, installing stair signs, repainting handrails and bollards, power washing interior surfaces, replacing handrails, covering trench drain trip hazards, replacing ductwork, floor tiles, and wheel stops, and other miscellaneous repairs. The project also includes alternates for additional repairs. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder offering the best price.
