Description
The South Hills Area Council of Governments is soliciting bids for the CD 51-7.5f Heidelberg Borough ADA Curb Ramps Project, including all required labor, materials, professional consulting, and/or construction services. The work involves ADA curb-ramp improvements and concrete installation and repair services. The project is subject to federal labor standards and civil-rights requirements, including Davis-Bacon requirements, Section 3 requirements, and applicable Housing and Community Development Act, Rehabilitation Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act provisions. Bidders must submit a bid bond of at least 10%. Required submission materials include the bid bond, required CDBG procurement documents, bidder acknowledgements, and completed pricing information through the electronic bidding system.
