Description
This project involves hot-mix asphalt paving on various county and township roadways within Columbiana County, Ohio. The project is funded by the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) and local sources. The scope includes paving on CR 414A (Old 344), CR 430 (Calcutta Smith Ferry Road), CR 434 (Old Fredericktown Road), CR 440 (Columbiana-Lisbon Road), and various township roads including Main Street, Jones Drive, Elbron Ave, and others. Specific tasks include butt joints, tack coat, prime coat, intermediate type 2 hot mix, surface type 1 hot mix, spot leveling, driveways, and mailbox approaches. Pavement markings and loop detectors will also be installed.
