Description
Pearl River County, Mississippi is soliciting bids for the construction of approximately 4.293 miles of road maintenance. The project includes various roadway items such as unclassified excavation, crushed stone, asphalt paving (including leveling and cold milling), and thermoplastic striping. Traffic control measures, including maintenance of traffic and signage, are also required. The contract duration is 75 working days. Bids will be evaluated based on published quantities, with the award going to the lowest qualified bidder. The county ensures that minority business enterprises will have a full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against. Plans and specifications are available for purchase digitally or in paper copy from www.dunganengbids.com. A certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Pearl River County and the State of Mississippi, must accompany each proposal.
