Description
The 910th Airlift Wing (AW) is soliciting quotes for commercial services to provide uniform alterations. This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement, with the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code being 811490 and a small business size standard of $9M. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Services include hemming of uniform pants, skirts, and jacket sleeves; sewing of stripes, nametags, badges, and patches; and applying Velcro to flight suits and jackets. The vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, supplies, and equipment. Services are to be completed within one week of garment drop-off during the tailor's regular business hours. Payment will be made via Government Purchase Card (VISA) on a monthly billing cycle.
