Description
The City of Livermore seeks consultants to provide professional services reviewing and updating the City's development impact fees, utility connection fees, area-specific development fees, planning and engineering cost-recovery fees, and evaluating a potential new public-facilities development impact fee. The scope includes related fee studies, analyses, implementation documents, and adoption support. The solicitation requests a statement of qualifications and proposal, including technical, management, experience, staffing, schedule, services, pricing, forms, disclosures, and supporting materials.
