Description
This project will develop community-led techno-economic analyses, planning tools, and outreach activities that enable rural and tribal partners to retire or decarbonize gas-dependent infrastructure through cost-effective, reliable, and equitable clean-energy alternatives. The work is computer-based and field-based research to identify high-leverage strategies supporting fossil gas end-use conversion in California's residential and commercial sectors.
