Description
The City of Phoenix is soliciting construction bids to rehabilitate 100 active large-diameter sanitary sewer manholes or structures citywide. Work may include installing corrosion-coating systems, structural inserts, and liner repairs throughout the manholes, along with bypass pumping and small-diameter flow-through plugs where needed. The project has a 2.5% Small Business Enterprise subcontracting goal. Bids must be submitted as sealed bids to the Design and Construction Procurement Bid Box at Phoenix City Hall. Addendum 1 extends the question deadline to October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. and requires bidders to acknowledge the addendum on Proposal P-1.
