Description
The City of Phoenix Street Transportation Department is seeking up to two qualified contractors to provide on-call Fractured Aggregate Surface Treatments (FAST) job order contracting services within the public right-of-way. The work will be performed as needed based on the City's workload under a two-step qualifications-based procurement. A 10% Small Business Enterprise participation goal applies. Firms must register as vendors in the City's Procurement Portal to submit a Statement of Qualifications. The RFQ packet is available through the Procurement Portal, and questions regarding the project scope, process, or contract issues must be submitted there.
