Description
The City of Phoenix is seeking statements of qualifications from contractors to provide citywide civil construction job order contracting services on an on-call basis. Up to three contractors may be selected based on the City's workload. The solicitation establishes a 10.5% Small Business Enterprise goal. Firms must register as vendors in the City's Procurement Portal to submit a Statement of Qualifications. A pre-submittal meeting will be held on October 8, 2026, and the Request for Qualifications packet will be available through the Procurement Portal beginning October 1, 2026.
