This Sources Sought Notice requests capability statements from vendors interested in performing the FY2027 dockside availability for the United States Coast Guard Cutter STORIS. No pricing or cost data is requested, and the notice is for market research and acquisition planning rather than a current request for quote or proposal. The anticipated work includes 34 draft work items covering shipboard repair, maintenance, cleaning, inspection, testing, certification, and renewal. Major areas include potable-water, grey-water, sewage, and other tank cleaning; watertight-door, valve, fuel-connection, elevator, crane, davit, lifeboat, and rescue-door maintenance; emergency-generator load testing; ventilation and plumbing cleaning; firefighting-system inspection and certification; sewage-treatment-system maintenance; heat-trace, heated-window, and heated-deck renewal; liferaft servicing; incinerator inspection; and fire-prevention support. The anticipated performance period is an eight-week availability within March 18 through July 10, 2027, subject to change. The attached questionnaire requests company information, availability, relevant past performance from the previous three years, and information about organizational, technical, accounting, quality-assurance, and safety capabilities.
