Description
The City of Seattle, through Seattle Parks and Recreation, is accepting competitive applications for seasonal concession permits for food and non-food vending at various parks. The initial round of applications will be accepted from December 2026 to February 2027, with a second round on a first-come, first-served basis for any remaining locations. Vending locations are categorized into Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 parks with varying monthly fees. Permits may begin as early as May 1, 2026, and run through April 30, 2027. Vendors must comply with all applicable licensing, permitting, and insurance requirements, including business licenses, health permits, fire permits, and street use permits as detailed in the attached Mobile Food Vending Checklist.
