Description
YES Prep Public Schools is seeking statements of qualifications from firms capable of providing land surveying services, potentially including land title surveys, topographic surveys, formwork surveys, detention pond as-builts, elevation certificates, and platting or replatting. The solicitation may result in one or more non-exclusive contracts, with services ordered for specific projects as needed; quantities and fees are not guaranteed. Step 1 evaluates qualifications without fees or costs, followed by negotiations with the highest-ranked firm at a fair and reasonable price. The Statement of Qualifications must address the firm's qualifications, services, litigation and arbitration history, professional liability insurance, relevant experience, firm capacity, assigned personnel, Texas project experience, organizational and corporate information, and references. The response must also include the required vendor identification package, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, non-collusion certification, and required electronic bid attributes. At least three relevant references are required, and the solicitation specifically requests a list of the last five City of Houston survey projects in the electronic bid response.
