Description
The California Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for recurring janitorial services in San Bernardino County. The contractor must furnish all labor, tools, user materials, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the work; the attached Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, provides the complete service requirements. Existing solicitation materials describe associated grounds maintenance, carpet cleaning, waste removal, exterior-area cleaning, periodic floor care, and related facility-maintenance tasks. Addendum No. 1 revises the bid submission deadline to October 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with bid opening at 2:30 p.m. The addendum also states that Caltrans is seeking a goal waiver and encourages small businesses and non-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises to attend the site inspection and potentially bid if the waiver is obtained. All other terms and conditions remain in effect.
