Description
The 68th Rescue Squadron is seeking one hosted, virtualized unmanned aerial vehicle/TAK server with administrative access and 36 months of service. The provider must set up the server as a TAK Server, support approximately 100 rotating ATAK devices, 25 administrative user accounts, and four concurrent course groups of approximately 30 users each, with flexibility for varying course sizes. The service may carry one live drone feed and support approximately 40 GB of downloads per student. The solution must have Department of Defense provisional authorization at Impact Level 4, be contractor-managed, support CUI but no data beyond CUI, use the latest TAK Server version, and include DISA STIG hardening. A hosted service is required; a physical server is not required, and federation with existing TAK servers is not needed. Quotes must include company name and address, CAGE code, small-business type, and all applicable part numbers and quantities, and must not exceed four pages including the cover page. Past performance will not be evaluated.
