Description
Boonton School District is soliciting electronic proposals for Category 1 data transmission and internet access services supporting two connections with requested bandwidth from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps. The district will consider cost-effective solutions that meet its technical requirements, including alternatives to its current network topology, aggregation circuits where needed, and any associated installation, construction, one-time, recurring, eligible, and ineligible costs. Proposals must include itemized monthly recurring charges, one-time charges, standard contract terms and conditions, a projected service start date, and the completed Attachment B. The bidder must also submit the signed and dated specification document, provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number at submission, identify whether it owns the transport facilities, and allow either SPI or BEAR invoicing. The district requests a three-year service term but will evaluate other terms that meet its requirements.
