Description
Zion Public School District 28 is soliciting proposals for one 1 Gbps Category One Internet access and data transmission service. The service must provide dedicated Internet access with guaranteed bandwidth and synchronous speeds, and bidders may use any technology. Proposed bandwidth and pricing must be identified, including all installation charges, applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and any ineligible bundled services requiring cost allocation. The selected provider must participate in the E-Rate program, hold a valid non-red-light Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), be eligible to provide Oklahoma Universal Service Fund support, permit SPIN changes, and offer the applicant a choice between SPI and BEAR discount methods. The proposal must also include a month-to-month service price for up to 12 months after the initial or voluntary renewal term if the district transitions to another provider. Award is contingent on E-Rate funding and final board approval.
