Description
The Town of Delight, Arkansas, serving as the lead agency for CoreTrust Purchasing Group, is soliciting proposals for a nationwide cooperative purchasing contract covering comprehensive document storage and preservation services. The resulting master agreement is intended for use by municipalities, counties, school districts, and other public agencies nationwide, with services provided on an as-needed, indefinite-quantity basis and no guaranteed purchase volume. The scope includes secure physical, archival, climate-controlled, and artifact storage; records pickup, transportation, retrieval, delivery, and chain-of-custody tracking; cataloging, indexing, barcode/RFID inventory management, and file-level retrieval; digitization, scanning, OCR, redaction, and secure electronic delivery; digital preservation and legacy-media migration; disaster recovery and emergency restoration; retention-schedule and legal-hold support; confidential destruction, media sanitization, and certificates of destruction; and contract-exit, data-return, and transition services. Respondents must provide technical and cost proposals, nationwide coverage and cooperative-contract marketing plans, service-level information, security and compliance details, subcontractor information, references, insurance documentation, and required certifications and acknowledgments.
