Description
Crossing National, Inc., operating as The Crossing High School, is requesting basic Internet access and data transmission services for nine eligible sites at service tiers of 1 Gbps, 1.5 Gbps, and 2 Gbps. Proposals should clearly identify upstream and downstream speeds, recurring and non-recurring costs, applicable fees, eligible and ineligible services, and any price escalators. Installation and initial configuration are included in the service request, and the selected provider must be willing to use E-Rate SPI discounted invoicing. The applicant prefers a two-year contract with up to two voluntary one-year extensions for eight sites and a one-year contract for the Hammond campus. Vendors may bid on any combination of sites. Responses must include a proposed service-level agreement, three similar-service references, the provider's E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. Equipment from entities designated as national security risks under FCC Order 19-121 may not be included.
