Description
Tooele City Corporation is seeking qualified contractors to perform cleanup services on public and private properties throughout the city. The scope includes removing overgrown weeds and vegetation; removing trash, debris, and junk materials; towing and properly disposing of junked or inoperable vehicles; legally and environmentally responsible waste disposal; and providing before-and-after photographs and work summaries. Work will initially address identified properties and then continue on an as-needed basis through June 30, 2028. Property addresses and photographs will be provided case by case after the contract is in place. Proposals must include company information, relevant experience and qualifications, equipment and personnel descriptions, pricing for standard vegetation and trash/debris cleanup, separate pricing for junked or inoperable vehicle removal, applicable minimum charges or trip fees, estimated response time, proof of insurance and business licensing, and references from at least three recent similar projects, including municipal work. The contract amount may not exceed $20,000 for the entire term. The contractor must maintain at least $1,000,000 in liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage or an eligible waiver, and performance and payment bonds; the City must be named as an additional insured.
