Description
This request seeks Statements of Qualifications from construction firms for the Guadalupe Division Guard House project. The work includes furnishing labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals for site, roadway, utility, security, access control, lighting, CCTV, barrier, demolition, installation, testing, coordination, and restoration work. The base bid includes roadway expansion, a concrete slab for a prefabricated guard house, electrical and data utilities, guard gates, bollards, CCTV, exterior lighting, and accessible ramps, landings, and walkways. An option adds procurement and installation of the prefabricated guard house, utility connections, water and sewer work, casework, plumbing fixtures, accessories, and accessible-path striping. The project is federally funded and requires compliance with Buy America provisions. Applicants must complete the pre-qualification questionnaire and provide supporting information including financial statements, bonding documentation, insurance information, licenses, organizational and compliance history, and recent construction-project references. Only pre-qualified firms may participate in the subsequent invitation for bids.
