Description
The Board of Trustees of the California State University, through San José State University, is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified general contractors for a Task Order-Construction Agreement for Multiple Projects Master Enabling Agreement. The agreement will support a portfolio of projects using Collaborative (Progressive) Design Build and Construction Manager at Risk delivery methods. The scope may include design, preconstruction, construction management, and construction-phase services. Two agreement types may be issued: Task Order Service Agreements for design and preconstruction services, and Task Order Construction Agreements for construction services.
