Description
Jefferson County Public Schools seeks a qualified executive search firm to plan and support a comprehensive national search for its next Superintendent of Schools. The scope includes search planning and governance, Board work and executive sessions, inclusive community and stakeholder engagement, surveys and forums, development of an engagement report and Leadership Profile, national candidate recruitment, application screening, confidentiality management, reference and background checks, media and litigation review, credential verification, finalist interviews and community forums, compensation benchmarking, contract negotiation support, transition planning, communications support, and a search guarantee. Proposals must include a technical narrative, required response forms, resumes for named team members, and sample work products consisting of a redacted community engagement report and Leadership Profile. A separate cost submission must include a fixed professional fee, an itemized estimate of reimbursable expenses, hourly rates, optional-service pricing, Form H, and the completed cost workbook. The technical narrative is limited to 20 pages, excluding specified forms, resumes, and sample work products; technical and cost materials must be submitted in separate electronic envelopes.
