Description
Mountain Line seeks a contractor to manage a national executive recruitment process for a new CEO and General Manager. Services include assessing organizational needs with the Board, developing a recruitment strategy and timeline, creating the job description and recruitment materials, identifying and screening candidates, conducting preliminary and final interview coordination, performing reference and criminal background checks, coordinating the employment offer through acceptance, and providing a placement guarantee. The contractor must provide preliminary candidate lists and applications, conduct informal reference checks and internet searches, complete at least three professional reference checks for finalists, and support a merit-based selection process. Optional separately priced tasks include a six-month onboarding plan, an onboarding communication plan, and a retreat for the selected candidate and Board of Directors. Responses are evaluated on approach, firm and executive experience, transit-industry experience, and pricing; the response is limited to 18 pages excluding resumes, attachments, and letters of recommendation.
