Description
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through its Office of the General Counsel, is seeking specialized legal recruiting and executive search services for attorney, executive, and senior-management positions. The contractor will assess recruitment needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, identify active and passive candidates, screen candidates against position requirements, verify bar membership and other credentials, prepare candidate assessments and referral packages, coordinate interviews, support placement and onboarding, and provide recruitment reporting. The requirement covers specialized legal expertise including Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, drug pricing and 340B, the Affordable Care Act, healthcare fraud and abuse, HIPAA and health information governance, health information technology, and complex federal healthcare and public health litigation. The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with fixed unit prices per successful placement, estimated at 22 base-period placements and 12, 8, 5, and 3 placements in four option periods. The base period is 12 months with four 12-month option periods. The minimum guaranteed base-period payment is $205,392.00. The contractor must provide at least two senior recruiters with five years of experience placing attorneys in health law, life sciences, healthcare regulatory, or related legal practice areas.
