Description
Northern Arizona University is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide secure document destruction and shredding services for its Flagstaff Mountain Campus. The scope includes collection, transportation, and destruction of confidential and sensitive documents, with the contractor providing all labor, equipment, vehicles, containers, supplies, and other resources. The successful proposer must maintain current NAID AAA Certification throughout the contract term. Proposals must address chain-of-custody and transport security, incident response, employee screening and training, scheduled and on-demand pickups, secure container options, destruction methods, certificates of destruction, recycling and sustainability practices, reporting, online service access, centralized billing, quality assurance, warranties, and applicable compliance requirements. The initial contract term is one year with four successive one-year renewal options, for a total term not to exceed five years.
