Description
The City of Beaumont is seeking qualified suppliers to provide annual sewer inspections, ad hoc sewer flushing, emergency response, and related sewer maintenance services. The supplier must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, vehicles, and materials, and must use qualified personnel and properly maintained equipment in compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and safety standards. Traffic control is the supplier's responsibility when required, and flushing activities must use a flush-and-capture methodology. The city's sanitary sewer mains range from 200 mm to 600 mm. The estimated flushing distance over the next three years is 100 km. Historical annual spending averaged approximately $150,000, but this is only an estimate and does not guarantee annual spending during the contract term.
