Description
The United States Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote from a small business for one Trackless MT7 municipal sidewalk tractor or equal. The required configuration includes a 51-inch Sierra snowblower with sidewalk chute, rear PTO, ZHS rear salt and sand spreader with single agitator, heated mirrors and seats, ride control, Holland pintle hitch, lighting and safety equipment, HVAC with additional heat and cab pressurizer, reversing engine fan, backup camera, and other specified operational features. Equivalent products must meet the listed engine, drive, hydraulic, cab, lighting, tire, and control characteristics. The quote must include all-inclusive pricing for the equipment and FOB-destination delivery to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. An optional five-year manufacturer's warranty must also be priced. Award is subject to availability of funds and will be based on technical acceptability, price, and past performance; the government may consider customer surveys, CPARS, or other reasonable sources for past-performance evaluation.
