Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting quotes for three brand-name Bobcat Toolcats and attachments. The machines will support winter snow removal, summer grounds maintenance, and movement of assets between shops. A class waiver applies, and a small-business nonmanufacturer or reseller may quote the specified Bobcat equipment under the Total Small Business Set-Aside. Required characteristics and attachments remain those specified in the solicitation, including cold-weather capability, road package, cab-based attachment changes, all-wheel steering, cargo and vehicle capacity requirements, four-wheel drive, hydraulic dump cargo box, high-flow hydraulics, traction control, monitoring and shutdown features, at least 60 horsepower, and snowblower, angle broom, light-material bucket, and box-blade attachments. Quotes must include technical evidence demonstrating compliance and the completed pricing schedule for three units, including delivery costs. The award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible vendor.
