Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting small businesses for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple-award task order contract supporting real property repair, maintenance, alteration, and minor construction at Army installations in Alaska. The work includes furnishing all equipment, tools, supervision, labor, materials, quality control, and other resources needed to perform construction and facility-related tasks. The five-year contract consists of a one-year base ordering period and four one-year option periods. Individual projects will be issued as task orders and competed among the successful basic-contract holders.
