Description
The U.S. Coast Guard requires a contractor to inspect, hydrostatically test, and recertify the installed engine-room CO2 and galley APC fire systems aboard CGC PIKE in accordance with Coast Guard Maintenance Procedure Card MPC N33005.D. The contractor must provide trained personnel and inspect, test, and recertify the systems. The work also includes cleaning the galley hood ventilation system by removing grease, oil, and debris from the ducting. This is a firm-fixed-price commercial-services RFQ and total small-business set-aside. Quotations must include a detailed cost breakdown with unit, extended, and total prices; payment terms; prompt-payment discount; UEI and CAGE Code; product/service details; a Product Data Sheet; and warranty information. The solicitation was reopened because the Government could not establish price reasonableness from the initial quotations. The revised performance window is September 25–30, 2026, with actual performance limited to five days. Active SAM registration and compliant identification for base access are required.
