Description
Interstruct Charlotte, LLC, acting as construction manager for QPC Developer, LLC, is soliciting bids for Package 1 of the Cross Charlotte Trail segment from Matheson Avenue to 36th Street. The work includes mass grading, demolition, retaining wall construction, and a Charlotte Water extension. Bids are due by email; bidders must register with Duncan Parnell’s bid room to obtain the bid documents and be added to the official plan holders list. The cost of bid documents and shipping is non-refundable.
