Description
Interstruct Charlotte, LLC, engaged by QPC Developer, LLC acting as developer on behalf of the City of Charlotte, is receiving sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Mass Grading, Demolition, Retaining Wall, and Charlotte Water Extension Package of the Cross Charlotte Trail segment from Matheson Avenue to 36th Street. The posted scope summary also identifies main trail construction. The project is associated with Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement Contract No. 2025000929, awarded April 14, 2025. That agreement is the existing project agreement, not an award resulting from this invitation to bid.
