Description
The State of Utah is soliciting a prequalified contractor to perform cut-and-pile work for the Deer Valley Fuels Reduction and Forest Health Improvement project, in accordance with the Scope of Work. Participation is limited to contractors on the current State of Utah Rangeland Prequalification List for the applicable treatment and acreage. The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit, include all labor, equipment, materials, mobilization, and operating costs in the total price, and guarantee pricing through project completion. Work must begin within seven days after notice to proceed. The solicitation anticipates a single award to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible vendor. The submission requires completion of an online bid table and numerous vendor certifications and acknowledgments, including compliance with the prequalification, site-visit, licensing, tax, debarment, conflict-of-interest, sanctions, telecommunications-equipment, forced-labor, and other State requirements.
