Description
The City of Rossland is requesting proposals from a fully equipped, qualified fuel treatment crew or crews to perform operational fuel treatment work in the TU-1 Parkland and TU-2 Iron Colt fuel treatment units. The combined area is approximately 9.3 hectares, including 9.2 hectares of net treatable area, as described in the City of Rossland IHP-26 Fuel Management Fire Smart Prescription 2026 and related implementation documents. Work is expected to begin in fall 2026 when fire danger conditions are appropriate for high-risk industrial activity and must be completed by December 15, 2026. The RFP package contains the detailed location, specifications, mandatory requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
